Create an account and send us your business details, including your NZBN and GST number.

We check your business and set up your seller profile, usually within two business days.
- 3List your parts
Upload a spreadsheet, connect your inventory system, or add parts one at a time. We handle the fitment data.
- 4Sell and get paid
Pack the part, use the shipping label we generate, and your payout follows in the next weekly run.
What it costs
There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no charge for listing. We take a commission on each completed sale, which covers payment processing, buyer support and the fitment data behind your listings.
Commission depends on category and volume, and your rate is confirmed in writing before you go live.
What we need from you
To keep the marketplace trustworthy, every seller meets the same baseline.
- A registered New Zealand business with an NZBN
- Accurate part descriptions, grading and photos of the actual part
- Dispatch within one business day of an order being confirmed
- Warranty cover that meets or beats the Partify minimums for the part condition
- A response to buyer questions within one business day
Listing your inventory
Small catalogues can be added by hand from the seller dashboard. For larger inventories, send us a CSV export or connect your existing yard-management system and we will map the fields for you, then keep stock levels in sync.
