Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses and both main islands. Inter-island freight can add a day to the estimates above.

We do not deliver to PO boxes, because couriers need a signature for parts orders.

Dispatch times

In-stock parts ordered before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Used parts are removed from the donor vehicle before dispatch where they are still fitted, which can add one to two business days. The part page tells you when that applies.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight, size and destination of the parts in your cart, so you always see the final figure before you pay.

• Multiple parts from one seller ship together at a single rate
• Parts from different sellers ship separately and are charged separately
• Oversized parts are quoted as freight and confirmed before dispatch

Tracking your parcel

As soon as the courier scans your parcel we email you the tracking reference, and it also appears on the order in your account.

Missed deliveries

Parts orders are sent signature-required. If nobody is home, the courier leaves a card and holds the parcel at the local depot for five working days. After that it comes back to us and a redelivery fee applies.
