The 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on most new parts, and 14 days on used parts. The part must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging with all fittings, seals and documentation.

• New parts: 30 days, unopened or as-sold condition
• Used and reconditioned parts: 14 days, uninstalled
• Faulty parts: covered by the warranty period, not this window

What cannot be returned

Some parts are excluded for safety and hygiene reasons, or because they cannot be resold once fitted.

• Electrical parts that have been installed or wired in
• Parts made or ordered to your specification
• Fluids, paints, adhesives and other consumables once opened
• Parts damaged by incorrect fitting or continued use after a fault appeared

How to start a return

Open the order in your account, choose the item you want to send back and tell us why. We review the request within one business day and email you a return authorisation with the correct address.

Do not send anything back before you have that authorisation — parcels without one cannot be matched to your order and will slow the refund down.

Who pays for return shipping

If the part is faulty, was described incorrectly or was sent in error, we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, the return shipping is yours to arrange.

Heavy or oversized items such as engines and doors may need a freight pickup, which we book for you at cost.

Refunds and restocking

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the part arriving and passing inspection. Bank clearing can add a further 3 to 5 days.

Change-of-mind returns on special-order parts may carry a restocking fee of up to 15%, which is always shown to you before you confirm the return.

Exchanges

We do not swap parts directly. Place a new order for the part you need so it ships immediately, and return the original for a refund. That way you are not waiting for one process to finish before the other starts.
