Every stage change also goes out by email. Courier tracking appears on the order once the parcel is scanned.

When tracking becomes available

Tracking is created when the seller hands the parcel to the courier, which is usually within one business day of your order being confirmed. Until then the order sits at Processing and no courier reference exists yet.

Parts shipped directly from a dismantler can take an extra day to be picked and packed, especially for heavy items such as engines, gearboxes and body panels.

My tracking has not moved

Courier networks scan parcels at each depot, so a parcel can sit without a new scan for up to 48 hours over a weekend or public holiday. If there has been no movement for three business days, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.

Split deliveries

When an order contains parts from more than one seller, each part ships separately and gets its own tracking. The order page lists a tracking reference per shipment, so a partly delivered order is normal.

Something is wrong with my delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match what you ordered, take photos before removing any packaging and get in touch within 7 days. Photos of the label and the damage let us open a courier claim straight away.
